GUELPH – In February, Ontario Pork proudly launched The Whole Hog. This 200-page book is a collection of pork recipes, stories and tips gathered from individuals working across our supply chain.
The book is a salute to the outstanding people who are bringing high quality pork to consumers in Ontario and around the world.
Proceeds from the sale of the book go to support Feed Ontario.
